1. Marketplace Role

FillingMachines.com operates as an independent directory and RFQ marketplace connecting filling-equipment buyers with suppliers. FillingMachines.com does not manufacture, sell, or broker filling equipment.

2. Supplier Information

Supplier profile content, specifications, and equipment listings are supplied by suppliers themselves and are not independently guaranteed by FillingMachines.com. A Verified designation indicates that a supplier has undergone a review process; it is not a warranty of quality, performance, or fitness for any purpose.

3. Buyer RFQs

By submitting an RFQ, you consent to FillingMachines.com sharing the details of your request with relevant matched suppliers. RFQs are not sent to every supplier in the directory, and submission of an RFQ does not guarantee that any supplier will respond.

4. Paid Supplier Placement

Suppliers may purchase Featured placement to increase visibility. Featured placement is always clearly labeled as Featured, does not affect Verified status, and does not guarantee leads, RFQ volume, or sales.

5. No Guarantee of Transactions

FillingMachines.com does not guarantee that any buyer will complete a purchase or that any supplier will receive a sale, lead, or RFQ as a result of using the marketplace.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and confirming that you have the authority to act on behalf of the company you represent.

7. Prohibited Misuse

You may not scrape or harvest marketplace content, publish false or misleading listings, send unsolicited spam through the platform, attempt to circumvent security measures, or misrepresent your affiliation with any company or supplier.

8. Intellectual Property

The FillingMachines.com name, marketplace design, and platform software are the property of FillingMachines.com. Supplier content remains the property of the supplier that submitted it.

9. Third-Party Suppliers

Any contract, quote, purchase, or warranty relating to filling equipment is between the buyer and the supplier directly. FillingMachines.com is not a party to any transaction between users.

10. Disclaimers

The marketplace, its content, and its features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FillingMachines.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace or any transaction between users.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

FillingMachines.com may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or submit inaccurate or misleading information.

13. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of FillingMachines.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
