Preview and pay
Review the listing exactly as buyers will see it, then pay the one-time $79 listing fee.
Review and publication
Our team checks each listing before it goes live. Approved listings run for 90 days.
What is included
- One machine per listing, published for 90 days after approval.
- Up to 10 photos plus an optional video link.
- A public listing page with its own address, indexed by search engines.
- Buyer inquiries forwarded to you. Your email and phone number are never published.
- Mark the machine sold or remove the listing at any time from your dashboard.
Listings do not renew automatically. When a listing expires you can purchase a new listing for the same machine.
Listing rules and refund policy
Listings must describe real filling or packaging equipment you are authorized to sell, with accurate condition statements and your own photos. Every listing is reviewed before publication.
Listing fees are refundable if FillingMachines.com rejects the listing as ineligible for publication. Seller-requested cancellations are generally non-refundable after payment.
If our team requests changes, your fee stays applied while the listing is eligible for correction and resubmission.
